Ahhhh...Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Imagine the amazing adventure of arriving to the Pacific coast of the country to enjoy beauty, warmth & lush environments while greeting friendly locals. This is the setting of what is to be an amazing adventure and a calming endeavor in learning the ancient methods of qigong movements for wellness. It is with joy that I share this tropical paradise and practical knowledge with you!
2024 ITINERARIES: **UPDATE** add an extra day : November 30 - DECEMBER 7

The free day is a celebration for the completed construction of our new seaside jungle villa accommodation:
Casa de Los Sueños Grandes
DAY 1: ARRIVAL
Plan to arrive midday to Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica
Our drivers are prepared to whisk you away to our paradise oasis
Once you arrive you will be greeted with refreshments and goodies
You will be encouraged to relax, get settled into your accommodations, and mingle with your new companions
Get excited as you'll get acquainted with town and catch your first glorious sunset!
Join one another back at the villa to enjoy our welcome dinner with a private chef
Finish the evening with your first qigong moving meditation instruction
DAY 2: ADVENTURE
Tico style breakfast
Setting out on an incredible excursion at 90 minutes away starting early
We will be traveling to Rincon de La Vieja to enjoy small tube river rafting, thermal mud baths & sauna experiences
A box lunch will be provided
grab your swimsuit, water shoes, change of clothes and flip flops with a few toiletries for clean up afterward
Enjoy an authentic Tico dinner at the premises
Return to Playa Potrero to wind down and engage in a qigong meditation nightcap
DAY 3: FREE DAY
Tico style breakfast
Explore town, nearby Flamingo, Brasilito, Playa Conchal or even visit Tamarindo as we will procure transport for you. A perfect day to buy souvenirs and meet locals
Be sure to return by 3:30pm to be prepared for an off-site special dinner. We depart the villa at 4:30pm for our experience
Return to Playa Potrero by 8:30pm in time for a qigong experience.
DAY 4: A FOLLOW ME EXPERIENCE
Breakfast provided
Pack your swimsuit, insect repellent, water shoes, change of clothes, and bring your camera as you are going on a trip to a hike & waterfall 90 minutes away!
Bring your jungle hiking legs and prepare to tred some water at times (with a safety guide) & enjoy a fabulous waterfall finale that will simply thrill you.
Box lunch provided
Return to Potrero, catch a breather/ fresh drink and then, head out with our chef to seek and buy ingredients for our evening of cooking class. It promises to be a simply fun time to learn more about Tico culture

DAY 5: SURF & TURF

AM departure to Playa Hermosa for a ziplining tour & beachside horseback riding
Lunch provided
Return to Potrero
Enjoy free time to walk town but be back by 4:30pm because we have a special surprise including a qigong experience
Return to home base
Enjoy the night
DAY 6: A CATAMARAN EXCURSION
Tico style breakfast
Enjoy a free morning to walk the beach and enjoy town be back by 11 am as we have to prepare for a sweet journey just minutes away in our very own Potrero Bay.
Get ready for a Catamaran Experience. Get ready to embark on a lovely excursion at sea. At approximately 1pm be prepared to soar out on the Pacific Ocean and enjoy endless drink selections coupled with delicious healthy foods. We will dock to jump off and swim or simply float out and about. Keep your eyes open, you could see anything amazing like dolphins or mating turtles. the trip ends with a return to shore as you gaze at the glorious sunset.
A casual dinner in tamarindo will follow
A qigong nightcap meditation back at home base will follow
DAY 7: A DAY TO JOURNAL & REFLECT
Breakfast provided
Relax and share stories, visit the beach perhaps grab a beach side massage
explore more of the area
Enjoy the final sunset nearby

DAY 8: FINAL DAY & FAREWELLS

depending on your departure time, grab one last walk on the beach and recount all you have experienced
Collect belongings/ complete surveys of your experiences/ Goodbyes for now
