Will you provide flight information or book it for me?
The choice of flights and booking them is all your choosing and booking, after that... leave the rest to us! We'll meet you at the airport with transport.
When I choose the Guanacaste, Costa Rica experience, what airport do I fly into?
You will fly into the Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) located in Liberia, Costa Rica
When I choose the Tuscan Experience, what Rome airport do I fly into?
You need to fly into Leonardo Da Vinci Airport; Fiumicino Airport (FCO) as it has the best access to transport from there to Centro Storico where we will meet. Transport to and from the airport will be provided at one designated time.
When I choose the Phuket, Thailand experience, what airport do I fly into?
You will need fly into Phuket International Airport (HKT). Transfers to and from your villa will be complimentary.
Will there be any free time during my trip?
Yes, we plan one free day for every 7 days of travel to explore the area and procure transport if you need it to outlying areas.
How close to my passport expiration date should I be concerned about travel?
Your passport should be in good standing with more than 8 months remaining before expiration. With only 6 months remaining before expiration, most airlines refuse foreign travel.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
It is wise to obtain insurance for both your flight and your excursion as unforeseen occurances can happen to preclude you from travel plans. Fortunately as a FORA travel Advisor, you can purchases a plan through me, simply click the link to my fora email posted below the FAQs to inquire about purchases.
Will there be information sessions prior to travel?
Yes, appoximately 2-3 months before travel, we will have group meetings via ZOOM with travelers to present the itinerary in more depth and field questions as well as build relationship. The meetings will increase in frequency in the weeks leading up to travel.
How do accomodations work?
Places we stay are booked in advance and dependent on how many people book and when. Should the number of people who book happen after a deposit deadline with a location, the lodging accomodations can certainly change. The Playa Potrero accomodations are excluded from this stipulation as I privately own the villa: Casa de Los Sueños Grandes.
How does the $300 non-refundable deposit apply to my reservation?
The deposit is set forth as reservations and plans have been secured with my colleagues & venues. Yes, your deposit is applied to your travel costs but, should you cancel for any unforeseen reason, you will recieve a refund of your balance minus the $300.
